I want to send a form by email to a regional authority but it needs a 16 euro bollo. Unfortunately I am out of Italy at the moment so I cannot nip down and buy one. Has anyone any experience of using the e bollo system for paying on line? How does it work and can I pay using my Intesa San Paolo debit card?

The tax people AdE have a system called [email protected]. I think you need a PagoPa option on your bank account.
