Driving License - Medical Conditions

Does anyone have a link etc to an up to date list of medical conditions that would prevent a medical certificate being approved for an Italian driving license?

As usual in italy the law and reality are far apart judging by the motorists in Umbria. Here are quite a few health problems that block the release of a licence.
