Does anyone live near/in Savona?
Hi everyone,
are there people here living around or in Savona? - We're thinking of moving there, looks like there's a great job situation for us available, but we don't really know the area very well - most of our stays in Italy have so far been to Rome, Venice, Emilia Romagna in general, le Marche... so we're not at all familiar with Liguria.
What's life like there, what about cost of living, tourists in summer, dreary (?) winters, theatres, cinemas, other expats? - Any info would be greatly appreciated!

HI there I live in Ventimiglia and it's nice here. The weather is warm in winter one of the most hottest places in Italy they say. They also say throw away your umbrella when you move here!!!
Rents anything from 400 upwards
here in this town they charge 10 above meal of the day menus.
