The cost of property is a lot less than the UK. A Euro120k mortgage wouldn't buy a garden shed in London.

But it would buy a cracking bungalow with huge front and rear garden, garage, greenhouse, garden shed, and sea views on The Bay.

Apart from incessant rain and potted shrimps I can't think of any reason for moving to Morecombe Bay.
