We claimed twice using Italsure, they were pretty helpfull all in all. This was a couple of years back now and the procsess was bit painfull as we had to wait for a cheque from Ireland or somewhere.... but all thats changed now. Its great dealing with a UK based company that knows the meaning of ''customer'' and ''service'' the Italians being unable to comprehend such values.

The plus side to Italsure is that they will cover you fully comp for the price of 3rd party via someone like Directline.it. The Italians only seem to insure 3rd party... which is a real suprise considering they all drive like 'dicks'...

That's good to know, the OH's car needs the insurance renewing and our home insurance is up in June. Might try them for a quote.
