buying a car in italy
 
am i correct in thinking i would not be able to purchase and register a car in italy ' due to not being a italian citizen. even if ive brought a villa in sicily ?

Its not to do with being a citizen, its a requirement that you are resident in Italy. Having a second home in which you are not resident is not enough to buy a car.

Is it no longer possible to buy a car for export with an EE reg?
Once did this for a UK company, and exported the car to Rhodes.
