Business Structure in Italy

Hi, I am looking to start a business in Italy. Import/Export.

I have a PIVA (as I am a consultant) anyway, but I would like to have a SRL form if possible.

Has anyone got any advice (mainly for the import/export side) from Italy and any problems especially in regards to labour hiring etc.

I have a business in another country but as I am resident in Italy, I would like to establish one like a SRL?

just ask at the nearest "Chamber of Commerce" - Camera di commercio - and they will give you all the necessary information about how to open an SRL. It should be very simple.

Also hiring is very easy. The only thing is there are so many different kinds of job contracts....

good luck.
