ToR Customs helpline number update
 

The new ToR Customer helpline for moves INTO the UK is now live - 0300 3227900.
It is advisable to call rather than email if you need to speak with them as although hold times are long (we've had some 20-30 minute waits this week) sometimes emails don't get replied to.
As it's summer and peak season in the moving industry processing times are slower right now so make sure to apply in plenty of time.
