Congestion at the Ports of Manila
The north and south Ports of Manila are experiencing severe congestion resulting in custom clearance delays and dispatch of cargo. Strict inspections, along with the extended truck ban hours have greatly inhibited the flow of cargo trucks in and out of the ports.
