Working off-site, hired by US company, what type of VISA I need for temporary visit?

Hello,

I was hired by US company but I am living and working from my country(Romania). We have a contract and they hired a local payroll company to pay taxes, so everything is right.
They asked me to come and visit them for a week or two in order to get to know each other.

Given these facts, I would like to know which kind of VISA I need to make such visit to USA.
I saw there is a VISA for training but I think it says it shouldn't be used for working.

Thank you.

What are you doing for them there? Essentially if you live abroad they have to have some sort of payroll in that country in order to pay you, you don't go on the US payroll. So if you visit it's just a regular B-1 visitor for business, that includes short-term training (e.g. orientation). Or visa waiver for business if you're a citizen of a visa waiver country.
