Telecommunications work urgently required

Currently out of work after working for several small companies in Melbourne. Looking for anyone who knows of any opportunities with employers who are looking to sponsor - preferably Telstra.
My experience is as follows: 15 years experience ranging from civils, cabling, fibre optics, copper, exchange surveying, next gen & DWDM commissioning, exchange superstructure installation, R&D with BTExact Technologies in the DSL field, project management (Exchange rollout based work). Employers include BT, Easynet (BSkyB), Lucent, NEC and several small network build companies doing work for Telstra in Aus. Currently out of work and caught in the dreaded 457 visa loop.

I've an MSc in Networking Technologies & Management and a BSc in Minerals Estate Management. I've been in the Mining industry as a mine surveyor in the early 90's and then in telecoms since.
