IT Sponsorship Sydney
 

Hi

I'm new to this forum and hoping for some help.
We are hoping to go to Oz and my OH is looking for sponsorship.

He is in IT (MCSA,(on way to MCSE) CCNA, Avaya) we were hoping to head to Sydney- anyone got any contacts there?
Any advise on how to get sponsored?

I'd like to echo this question.

I too have plans to live in Sydney. My wifes sister is a resident there and we are going out there next April for 3 weeks where my aim to set up some interviews with a view to getting sponsored.

I also currently hold +ve 2231-79 .NET Tech specialist and have sent off for my review for ANZCO code.

Although I'm after sponsorship, I do not require the re-location costs (unless it's offered) as I am prepared to foot that bill myself. Does anyone think this would make the proposition of a company employeeing me more attractive?

Oh, almost forgot - try universities IT departments...plenty of jobs there :)

Hey, Luke

Me too looking for employer sponsorship options. I'm a j2EE SE with 4+ experience in Telco domain. I mainly specialise in contact center application development in AVAYA platform.

Any chance of securing an Interview from offshore? I applied individually and almost everybody saying I have to reside in Australia in order to secure an interview. :unsure:
