IT Skills required to work in Middle East

Dear Friends,

I am currently working as a Oracle Applications Technical Consultant, I have around 3 years of experience. I have a plan to work in Middle East for long run, what are the IT skills required in Middle East IT Job?, so that I can update my skills.
