Skilled Independent Visa vs Skilled Sponsored Visa
#1

Hello everyone! I am looking to move to Australia permanately and currently think that I don't have enough experience to apply for a Skilled Indepentent Visa.
I think I need a good 2 - 3 years experience but could I gain this experience in Australia via a Skilled Sponsered Visa and then move over to an Indepentent Visa once I have the experience, or am I best getting the experience in the UK then applying for a Skilled Indepentent Visa.
Hope this makes sense. Any help would be great!
Thanks Andrew

Sounds doubtful anyone would sponser you unless you have skills & experience in demand anyway - where's their advantage to sponser you ?
An alternative to building up your exp in UK could be temp visa to get a taster of life in Oz but I'd research your options 1st or you'd probably be just delaying the inevitable return to UK. I am presuming you are still relatively young enough to change/alter your job anyway.

Well I am 23 at the minute so I guess I have time to build my experience up.
I just don't think that my current IT job is in the 'demand' list but I think a nice job in network administration might help.
Thanks
