As part of our commitment to providing quality customer service for our internal staff and members we are now seeking applications for the position of Support Specialist, based in Melbourne.

The successful applicant will report to ___ and will work with other support staff to provide first-level technical support for internal staff and website users.

Candidates should have at least three years experience in a helpdesk environment and possess the following skills:

• Proven customer service skills and a passion for assisting others
• Outstanding oral and written communication and an ability to work as part of a team
• An ability to prioritise support calls effectively and multi-task
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office products
• Experience using call logging systems
• Familiarity with:
• - Microsoft Active Directory
• - Citrix

As the position may involve some desktop support (second-level) tasks, experience in this area is advantageous but not essential.
