If you are lucky you might not need one.

Yeah, I know about those, I don't work in any of those fields though.

Hi Adam we are just south of you village just outside oh Huntingdon,OH is in the city IT, you know the daily grind, hence we are off to Ottawa, we were in Kanata at easter looking around, SW put in this year but are hoping to get a job there next summer and go on WP,

Okay, apologies if this is a stupid question ... the jobs I've seen advertised don't tend to have NOC codes associated with them ... so how does this work ?

Do you secure the job, and then the company have to prove that it satisfies the code ?

If I know the process, I can provide the details with applications, so that the employer can see the process may be quicker than it would be with the LMO.
