How to go about copyright when hiring contractor to write articles?

I am thinking about hiring a contractor from India to write articles for my company. It will be articles about surgical procedures. I already found a doc in India who has the qualifications to write what I need. Now I am not sure how to go about copyright. Whatever he writes, I want it to be my property and prevent him from using it elswere. Anyone has experience with such?
