Yes, I worked in India for couple of months in 2010 since our company outsourced few components to a Indian company. If you are a software developer and looking for a job in India, you will end it up been getting a very low salary. In India almost everyone is a Software Engineer or Developer.

Yes, I am also working with an Indian MNC, and i totally agree with what cyber_drac posted.
Too many developers and too little salary.

If you prefer I suggest you to work in USA as a IT person. But I wonder how difficult it is to get a work visa these days!

Most of Educated students choose IT field in India but having low salary is the main point.
