IT faculty closed Queensland Uni.
Hi all,
Some weeks back there was a report done for the ACS on how best to tackle the issue of skilled immigrants being employed over new qualified Oz applications. The report also mentioned that there had been a signifficant drop in people siging up of IT courses within Oz as they felt there was no future in IT with the skilled, experienced immigrants getting posts over them.
Well as a result of this lack on interest, Bond University in Qeensland has closed their IT faculty.
