CHECK Penetration Tester

CHECK Penetration Tester
Hello everyone
I have been thinking about a move to Auz and have been to a migration Expo today in London. I have been before and was disappointed with the information available for IT professionals. My skills are on the MODL list so I should be ok there.
I am currently a CESG (http://www.cesg.gov.uk/site/check/index.cfm) certified CHECK Team Leader. In English, I am a penetration tester (5 years full time) that has been assessed by the UK Government to lead penetration tests their classified systems. I am also in my 4th year as a CISSP.
Are there any expat penetration testers or security guys who can advise on whether going to Auz is a good thing and where best to look?
