Is ACS recognition required?

I have no degree in computing, but I do have a HNC from Scotland plus 7 years experience in Support / Application development / project management. We already have a PR visa (wife's a nurse)

Does anyone have any idea whether I need to get ACS membership to get a job, or even if it is worthwhile to help finding a job?

Hi there

You do not need to be a member of ACS to get a job :)

Not sure if it is helpful to have or not ?? Suppose it wouldn't hurt but certainly not essential.

All the best

The main concern was how long we were planning on staying here for
