It's sold a lot in Singapore, well so called teak is.
Dunno if it is real teak or just stained wood.

We actually like it and have quite a few nice pieces.

We've had a few rooms done out in Burmese teak flooring as well.
We thought of using Indon teak for this but the Burmese teak was a nicer colouration.

Lot of shops selling teak furniture in Singapore, some really expensive and some affordable.

Bali is famous for its furniture production. I live in Bali and my whole villa is furnished in local teak products, including our kitchen cabinets...all are custom built and compared with other countries, relatively cheap.
Jepara wood is also manufactured in Java, it's the name of the town, and shipped world-wide.
The Company that made most of our furniture is AJI GALLERY www.ajigallery.com and I highly recommend...he ships world-wide as I've seen container lots of furniture leave his gallery.
