Default Moving to Andhra Pradesh

We are considering buying a property in Vishakhapattnam.
Could anyone suggest a reputable real estate lawyer and good areas to live?

Many thanks

I thought only Indian citizens were permitted to buy property.

If a foreigner you need to be a 'citizen', I think it is at least for a tax year, which is difficult given the visa system. If 'Andy' is reading this he knows the details.
However those with OCI can buy moveable property, but not agricultural land.

Don't know this area, OH says there are a lot of storms.
I notice that a new naval submarine base is being built there. Something to beware of in choosing an area. The Seabird naval project south of Karwar (small town south of Goa) is gradually taking over the town and has virtually ruined it.
