i am British, the accounts are in order, all rules followed. My accountant advised the easiest way to sell was to sell the company. So I am selling the company that owns 2 flats in calangute, a 1bed and a 2 bed .they are currently tenanted, and are on the baga calangute road. Can anyone suggest the best place to advertise or indeed is anyone interested.
Again, the company was formed legally and I have had no problems, the rental contracts end in December and both tenants would be happy to stay. Agreements have been on 11 month contracts and the books are in otder
