Hi Sean

Firstly welcome to BE and the India and Goa forums.

You woud need to give a little bit more information about your circumstances before I can give you a definitive answer to your question, however if you are a British citizen who is living or working in India I cannot see any need for any special requirements for you to take a trip to the UK

Hold up - what does it say in OP's Residential Permit?
e.g. with a 1-year X visa in Goa you do need an exit stamp on your RP, even for a holiday.
