Tips re property purchase in Morjim /Vagator, North Goa
Hiya, I'm a lil late to the party with the inflated property prices in North Goa but nonetheless looking to buy a 2BHK in and around Morjim or Vagator due to length of time we spend in Goa. The flat will be put up for rent when we are away from Goa. I have an OCI. Looking for helpful tips /suggestions from owners based on past experiences.
