You probably won't like this question but....
.... if you withheld some info on a past medical condition in the
medical, that no longer affects you, how would the Aussies authorities
find out?

I've read posts where people have taken in letters from their GP's stating the problem and that it is no longer an on-going concern... mybe you could do something like that? Better than risking losing your visa I would have thought!
