Default You probably won't like this question but....

.... if you withheld some info on a past medical condition in the
medical, that no longer affects you, how would the Aussies authorities
find out?

Visas can be withdrawn if it comes to light at a later date that you were untruthful in your application.
It is a very risky proposition.

I've read posts where people have taken in letters from their GP's stating the problem and that it is no longer an on-going concern... mybe you could do something like that? Better than risking losing your visa I would have thought!
