Received a phone call from my agent today to say that we have been approved for our PR visa with a last entry date of 23rd March 2003.
I have waited for so long to post this thread.
Our timeline is as follows.-
Applied Dec 15th 2000
Police checks - Jan 2001
Medicals - April 2001
More info requested April 2002
Submitted with new police checks - April 2002
Approved May 2002!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We hope to get to Brisbane around September this year so keep in touch and we could have an Ex Pat BBQ.

Great news, congratulations - you had a long wait. You can look forward to a UK summer (if we get one!) and then jetting off to enjoy another summer in Australia - way to go!
