would I be able to meet the old citizenship regs?
Hi all,
I am planning to move to Australia permenently in Feb-2008. I have already validated my PR visa before July-2007.
i am planning to stay in Sydney and may return to my home country for
a maximum period of 2 months at the end of 2008.
should I be able to fulfil the 2 years requirement towards Citizenship- if I have:
aa. spent a total of 24 months in Australia as a PR before the july 2010 deadline
bb. during the last 12 months [prior to applying for citizenship] have continously been in Australia.
