Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me.

I was granted a working holiday visa for Australia when i was 18. Now 11 years later i'm looking at the possibility of getting back over there.

Am i eligible to apply again, given that my passport details have changed and it's 11 years later? Does anyone have any experience with this?

It is possible to gain a second WHV if you completed the regional work but proving this after 11 years may be difficult. You cannot apply for a second visa because you changed your passport.
