Post Working Holiday Visa - Prrof of Funds

Dear Everyone,

I have a questionf or which I have been truggling finding an answer to (applying for Working Holiday Visa from UK).

1. In regards of proof of Funds, is Credit Card Statement instead of Debit Card Statements acceptable as proof of funds? (With allowance of requested minimum amount AUS5000 + return/onward ticket)?

2. In there is large amount of money transfered from family member with the same surname (parents), would it be treated as fake funds or it is acceptable as a help from family?

3. Is there is again larger transaction from another Bank account on my own name, will it be questioned?

Thank you in advance

Maddie

You should be fine with these. On 3, if it's your account, why not provide that statement as well, rather than transferring things around? As long as you demonstrate you have access to the funds, that is what they are looking for.

As above. They just need to be sure you can support yourself until you find work and that you can afford a flight home.

Having sufficient funds is a condition of this visa. Maybe you just have an honest face
You must have enough money to:
  • support yourself while you are in Australia
  • leave Australia at the end of your stay
This is usually about AUD5,000 for your initial stay, plus the fare to where you are going after leaving Australia
