Hi

Im currently out here on a working holiday visa.
My boss is an approved sponsor and has nominated me.

My wife and kids are included on my aplicationbut as im on a WHV then couldnr come with meto oz.

At what point are they allowed to enter oz?

Im currently on bridging visa A

Are they allowed to trvel here on a holiday ETA and not work and wait for my application to pass or do they have to be offshore?

Or could they come and go to NZ on a hol and return and actibate their part once id got acceptance

I would think they will have to wait until the visa is granted as even if your WHV has expired and you are on the bridging visa, it would have the same conditions (bridging visa will not take effect until WHV expires).

What happens then if they arrive on holiday to visit Daddy who is on the correct visa and then the next day i get a visa grant letter?

Do they all have to leave and come back ??

Theres a pre planned holiday coming up to see if the wife and kids like the place and a case officer may grant while they are here for 3 weeks.

Like OS said, your bridging visa will have the same conditions as your visa you're bridging from; i.e. the WHV. You cannot have dependent children with you while you are on the WHV. You will have to wait until a 457 visa is granted.
