Wondering if anyone can help?, Could my Husband work in Australia before our 176 perm visa is granted, I know you have to bee out the country for it to be granted, he could always take leave and pop back and collect us from the UK
Its quite scary for him to pack us all off without a job to go to.
we were thinking if he got a job offer before the visa is granted could he go on ahead of me and the kids, does anyone know if this is possible?

No i don't think he could, he could apply for jobs but many employers wont even consider anyone that hasn't got PR already.

Which visa would your husband have to be in Australia? If its a ETA or tourist visa you can't work!

Only chance is if he get sponsored by company but think that's rare unless it's a real in demand job. Think your cv just props the wonky table leg up if your not in oz!
