Thanks for the advice so far, a good thread! I'm currently getting the paperwork together for my 175 visa and am struggling with the work expereince references. As a teacher, is it the Local Education Authority or each individual school that will supply the references? I have written them out so basically all the school/LEA needs to do is print them on headed paper once agreeing to them. If anyone has any personal expereince of this I'd appreciate it. I'm hoping its the LEA as I've only recenlty joined the school and don't want to reveal my plans until I know more!
