I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I work as an accountant for a group of companies, and for the past 3-4 years I was registred on different companies 'belonging' to this group. Altough I was registered as working for these small/medium companies, my accounting work involved *all* the group companies. So, should I obtain references from these companies I was registred with saying that I worked only for them or for the group as a whole? Also, I can't prove to DIMIA that it is a group of companies, as these companies are loosely related (they don't have the same owners, management, etc.), it's more a form of a strategic partnership. What do you think is the best approach?
