Work Experience and Specific Work Expeirenceh
I am working with XYZ company and my Pay Roll is from ABC Company. MY
Job Experience letter is signed by ABC company and Specific Experience
is signed by Manager of XYZ Company. I want to ask that what would
happen if my manager will resign in future?
What happen if my designation will change in future. Does DIAC
understand these conditions?
and one more question what should i do in b/m situation
3.10 years work as BSS Engineer
and after that my designation has been changed to Cellular Field
Engineer
Should i mention in my specific work experience letter that my
designation has been changed from --- date to ---date?

Not sure what your question is mate
If your circumstances change for whatever reason then yes, you should tell DIAC. If your manager resigns then obtain his details for DIAC to contact him direct or alternatively let DIAC know and they will advise.
I have no idea what a b/m situation is mate so can't answer this part of your question.

If you're looking for an expert opinion you should be speaking to a MARA registered migration agent. The posters on this forum are volunteers who answer questions when/if they know the answers. And what you get here is not always correct advice anyway, even though for the most part it is well meaning.

As long as some authrorised person in ABC or XYZ confirm that you have worked should be Okay, If its a big company they should have a HR manager, and most probabaly DIAC will contact him/HR dept.

DIAC understands
DIAC is mainly concerned of what you were doing upto the date of lodgement and far as they are concerned anything could happen after that, but if there are changes to what you have told them, then its your obligation to inform them the change of circumtances.
