Hi as the title goes, will my application be affect if i travel to australia on holiday visa for 2 weeks?

I had travel 3 times to Sydney on holiday visa since launching my application last year, when i enquire online thru to see my application status, it showed that i have a visa called UD 976?

does this affect my application and cause me to be throw back the queue?
anyone familiar with this?

No, there is nothing to stop you travelling on a holiday visa while waiting for processing on the other visa. Its a good idea to tell DIAC when you plan to visit Australia though, so that they know where you are when they are ready to grant the visa.
