Why do medicals go to Sydney not ASPC?
Does anybody know why the medical results go to sydney and not to ASPC?

Because that's where the Health Operations Centre is I presume?!

Because that's where the medicals processing centre is. Same reason visa applications go to Adelaide for skilled visas and character assessments go to Brisbane

Could be anywhere from a couple of days to a few weeks. When we did ours 3 years ago it took about 6-8 weeks. Take a look at the top of this page for the Health Centre Updates sticky.
