Any immigration organization request the documents to be certified copy, why ?
and what if I give them the original one. is there any problem?

If you give them the original and it is lost you would have to apply for a replacement. Some things are not easy to replace - or cheap.

I think some places will not accept the original so as not to be liable.

Just to add to what Sparkles has already told you (thank you Sparkles ) - the most futile and useless thing you can do is ask 'why'? You really only have two choices - submit the documents you've been asked to, in the specified format - or do it another way and risk refusal/loss of application fee/delay in processing your application.

Save your energy for the important stuff, and just do what is asked of you
