Who is you CO?
Hi all,
I have a question and was wondering if anyone knew the answer?
When I got my acknoledgement letter, it was sent by E-mail via someone at DIMA. Does this mean that this is my Case Officier or does it mean that this is someone who recieves and documents the applications?

Hi,
She/he would contact you normally not sooner than "Meds request". You may find an acceptable estimate by checking our "current processing times" in this forum.
