who can sign what?
If a magestrate is to sign paperwork, such as TRA application, do they need a stamp or can they just write who and what they are?
Would you need to include a letter of who they are and what they do?

Re: who can sign what?
Any Magistrate, solicitor, JP etc would have a stamp with their name, title and registered number which they use and then sign over the top. You don't need a letter.
