Default When to Sell??

Was just wondering when people put their house on the market (UK).

Before the visa grant? If so at which point in the process?

Cheers all

Jon

Hi Jon

If you do a search I'm sure this came up a few months ago.....

We're not going on the market until visas in passports, mainly due to not telling the family until then and it will look suspicious if they see the For Sale sign!!

Hi Bridiej

I see you are in the same boat as us then - in as much as not telling the family until it is signed sealed and delivered !!

Thanks for the advice though - will try a little search or two !!

No worries!

It's hard not saying anything to the family, I'm terrified something will slip out without me even realising!
