And finally... Using coloured and large sized font and in particular CAPITAL LETTERS is considered rude and is not necessary - unless you are in the Barbie and wishing someone a happy birthday. Please please just use the basic black and sized font and you will get much better responses.

If you are using gmail (and you are not very used to it) this could happen.
Ok, let me explain. gmail puts all the similar emails (from same email address and with same subject, which is the case now) in the same conversation, and usually it only shows the first email full contents and hide the rest when it's similar to the previous one. So if let's say you sent a blank email after 12 January and got that reply at that time, when you send it now it and get the reply, it will show the older one first and hide the common parts in the first one. And since most posters here tend to panic before they think, this happened.
Simiple.

Hi Guys,
I also got same reply which Arif is referring to. But I assume that is by mistake because it's saying
"State & Territory Nominated Applications:
Subclass 134, 136, 137, 175, 176, 475, 487, 495, 885 and 886 applications
(processed by the ASPC and where a successful State or Territory Nomination
is held) will all be allocated to case officers for assessment by 13
February 2009.
Applications with Occupations on the Critical Skills List:
Applications are not being allocated at present"
And 13th. Feb is in past. So may be they are sending old message this time.

Why on earth would you think that?
It was obviously an email uploaded in error. For those of you desperate to know the real dates, try here -
