What is the meaning of Database Analysis?

In Victoria Skilled - Sponsored Eligibility List, 2231-17, Applications and Analyst Programmer has a requirement:
Must have at least two years of work experience in:
- Java; or
- Database Analysis for large scale databases using ERP and Oracle
I would like to ask, what is the meaning of Database Analysis?
If I work on ERP and Oracle but my role not Database Analysis,
do I fulfil the requirement of Victoria? Thank you!

If you don't know what Database Analysis is then you are most definitely not qualified for that position, or anything related to it.

My problem is I don't have exact working experience on it,
because my main job duties not DBA,
so I need to research how to provide evidence
