Hi
Suppose I am a 176 visa applicant, If my occupation is in SOL and later not in SMP what happens ?
Will it be ceased or it will treated like 175 application?

IMO it will be treated as SCH-3, in current circumstances, just like for those 176 CAT- 4 applicants, whose occupations are Not in SOL ..... May be there will be new priority guidelines ... who knows the mood of DIAC ....

Well if the occupation is not on SMP, the application won't go into category 2 processing, it will remain in cat 3 and essentially yes, I would say processing time will be similar to a 175 with a schedule 3 occupation.
