Default What is Finance Officer criteria

I have just come across Finance Officer under Asco code 3212-79 (Financial Dealers and Brokers nec) but there is no job description. Is it best to apply under this if I am using AAT exams for Vetassess?

It depends what the duties of your recent experience equate to. If you are working as an Accounting Technician then I would advise claiming that you should be classified as such. I would also advise employing an agent to get an opinion from the Bureau of Statistics (ABS) to back-up this claim. DIMIA could still decide to classify you under some occupation mot on the Occupation List and refuse your visa but the ABS support would make it hard for them to do this. Also the Review Tribunal give an ABS opinion a lot of weight and would be likely to overturn any adverse DIMIA decision.
