want to get in new zealand
hello i,m a 38 year old electrician me and my family want to move to new zealand we,re planning to come over as tourists for the 3 months and whilst there try to get a job offer and then a work permit and then hopefully residency would this be a good idea

Not sure about how easy (or possible) your envisaged tourist->job->work permit route is though, there are a fair few people on the Oz/NZ forum that have been waiting a LONG time for a visa.
