agent told after submitting the documents within 3months ( maximum )
visa will be stamped. Eventhough this is the 6th month of

Maybe a bit more detail about your timeline would be helpful. Did you submit your entire application including meds and PCC in May? What visa class did you apply for? Have you received an acknowledgement of the visa being received? Did your payment get taken (credit card or bank check)?
If you just submitted your application in May and it's a "standard" 136 non-MODL application then you will likely hear something relatively soon - likely something in the next month or 2. If you agent told you it would take only 2 months from the beginning of the process then they were pretty much lying to you (assume it's a 136 skilled independent visa). Some visa classes are very fast (spouse visas for example), but skilled class visas are taking 8-10 months at the moment and some longer than that.
Cheers,
Brian

documents( visa application ) in March 2004, Med., pcc, IELTS..etc
request by March 2005 and May25 was the final date and before that our

the case officer. Case officer said it is still being processed !. Agent
send the copy of the e-mail to me also. Remember it is the 6th month. we
don't know why this much delay. we have given the fees to the agent
including his fees by "Demand Draft" so that no rate difference.
And you are in AUS or still waiting !
