Thanks canyon_flute! Maybe I am getting close to good news. I will share with you whatever it comes.

As per the way they are processing currently seems like people are getting the results between their 4th and 5th month

I applied on the 3rd July and called the WA office just under 2 weeks ago to check they had received some updated evidence by email. While I was on the phone I asked them about progress - they told me they are currently processing end of June - beginning of July and that my application should be processed within 2 weeks. The going rate seems to be between 4-5 months but nothing's certain of course.

Thank you very much for sharing with us your experience. I am planning to call them this coming Monday. I am curious what they are going to tell me, probably the same like they told you.....

Received WA sponsorship approval on 18 November, so about 4 and a half months :-) Applied on 3 July 2009.

Happy New Year All,
I just wondering is there anyone who had applied the WA SS in July and heard anything back since?
I got my one submitted on the 13th July, but almost 6 months gone, I got nothing back from them neither good one or bad one.
I am hopeless now since being Non CSL of 175.

I have no personal experience but from reading around it certainly does seem to be the case that WA sponsorships take a long time, 5-6 months.
Maybe worth a little email to them in a week or two. Don't stress about it too much though, they won't be looking at non-CSL apps for a while yet whether there is SS in place or not.

We applied 3rd July, got the Sponsorship on 23rd November. Unless there are more changes doesn't look likely it's going to help our application though.
Hopefully you don't have too long before you hear back from them.
