Pre -Grant seems to be a term made up on this Forum. The letter tells you that you have been excepted for PR and to either send a Stamped Address envelope c/o a specific person or you can turn up in person between 9.am and 11 a.m.
Be Early as i was surprised how many people were there . You see the guy at reception and he gives you a ticket, when your number is called the Passports get stamped with the Visa.

Certainly not made up...

The letter is entitled... PRE-VISA GRANT ADVISE FOR APPLICANT

"I am pleased to inform you that your application for migration to Australia is likely to be successful subject to the decision maker being satisfied you are entitled to a visa"

You are then asked to submit a 1022 form to confirm no material change of circumstances.

Not seen anything like that , as i am going via an Agent the only letter i recieved was to tell me that my Application had been succesfull , not heard of 1022. I did not front load anything not sure if that is why. If you go to Austimeline look under J.Sim you will see my details.

Cheers
